…and all of a sudden, we had to start all over again! Wait…what happend?
“Basically our expected tenants wrote us an email yesterday that they unfortunately can’t fulfill the arrangement concerning the takeover of our flat anymore.”
The big problem about the whole thing: The takeover was already supposed to happen in three weeks from now. And as we were already in contact with them
for more than three months and didn’t further search for any other tenants, we are pretty much “a little bit” screwed right now.
Sooo Kabooom! In case you wonder why we are offering our flat again – that’s basically the reason!
Any hints, tips or early Christmas miracles are more than welcome 🙂
